Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Marketing
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Set marketing goals and KPIs in alignment with company strategy and
manage initiatives to achieve them
Monitor and analyze data to provide insights for optimizing
marketing program effectiveness
Lead the team in improving marketing operations, processes, and
workflows for enhanced efficiency
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in marketing operations with a proven
execution ability
7+ years of people management experience, including leading
cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of demand generation and marketing
automation
Degree in business, marketing, or data analysis; MBA is a plus
Demonstrated experience with tools such as Marketo and
Salesforce
