to inclusion.POSITION SUMMARY:The Talent Acquisition Partner I is
primarily responsible for managing the recruiting process to
attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the
organization through the job offer process.ESSENTIAL DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Post internal and external job advertisements.
- Monitor the number of resumes received to determine if job
posting sponsorship is necessary.
- Maintain an accurate listing of all open positions.
- Participate in recruiting events and cultivate relationships
with relevant schools and training programs.
- Work with the Human Resource team and hiring managers to gain a
full understanding of position requirements, duties, and
responsibilities.
- Source resumes, screen resumes and applications, identifying
applicants who are the best fit and have the greatest potential for
open positions.
- Prescreen applicants (phone interviews and face-to-face).
Interviews are occasionally performed on weekends.
- Make recommendations to hiring managers. Schedule internal and
external applicant interviews with hiring managers.
- Make contingent offers of employment.
- Maintain employee confidentiality and follow organizational
policy and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities:
N/ATravel Demands: Anticipated domestic and international travel is
approximately 10% - 40% depending on business needs and new site
launches.QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an

- High School Diploma
- 2-3 years of previous recruitment experience
- SuccessFactors Experience or other ATS platformsADDITIONAL
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation
tactics.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for
recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take
initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet
deadlines.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn
applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.LANGUAGE
ABILITY:Read and comprehend simple instructions, short
correspondence and memos. Write simple correspondence. Effectively
present information in one-on-one and small group situations to
customers, clients and other employees.MATHEMATICAL ABILITY:Add,
subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole
numbers, common fractions and decimals. Compute rate, ratio and
percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.REASONING ABILITY:Apply
common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved
written or oral instructions. Deal with problems involving a few
concrete variables in standardized situations.WORK ENVIRONMENT:The

- Manufacturing assembly and warehouse environment. Subject to
noise, dust, diesel fuel, oil, and extreme hot/cold temperatures.
