Job Description:
A company is looking for a Construction Project Coordinator to
support their growing team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the creation, approval, and submission of purchase orders
and contracts
Manage job cost accounting processes, including tracking expenses
and updating financial records
Assist with project management activities and prepare job cost
reports for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in the construction or engineering
industry
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration,
or a related field
Certification in Project Management (PMP) or related certification
preferred
Proven experience in project cost accounting or contract
management
Proficiency in Google Sheets, project management software, and
accounting systems
