Job Description:

A company is looking for a Global Controller to lead and manage global financial operations.



Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction for global financial operations, including treasury, procurement, payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting
Oversee global cash management, banking relationships, and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Build and lead a high-performing global team while collaborating with executive leadership on strategic planning initiatives



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification required
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a controller role or equivalent
Experience in enterprise SaaS businesses with multinational operations and at least $100 million of revenue
Deep knowledge of global financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS)
Experience in private equity-backed environments and M&A transactions preferred
