Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to manage
payroll data entry and ensure accuracy across systems.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to clarify data discrepancies and understand
system configurations
Perform daily entry and updates of payroll data across various
systems
Conduct audits and quality assurance checks to maintain data
integrity and accuracy
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in payroll, HR, or a similar data entry
role
Familiarity with various payroll systems and ability to adapt
quickly
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and
reporting
Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced
environment
Maintains a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
