Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Analytics &
Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Measure and benchmark marketing activity outcomes and recommend
adjustments to marketing strategy
Manage budget planning and oversee the marketing technology stack
to support overall marketing objectives
Establish scalable processes for campaign execution, lead
management, and monitor MQL progress
Required Qualifications
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, particularly
Salesforce and Eloqua
Understanding of campaign management processes, including
attribution and measurement
Experience in developing and optimizing complex marketing campaigns
across various channels
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven insights and
decision-making
Relevant BA/BS degree with experience in a marketing operations
role
