Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead AI/ML Engineer, Algorithms &
Research.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop retrieval augmentation methods for various
databases
Utilize knowledge graphs for information retrieval and orchestrate
their integration
Mentor junior engineers and enforce engineering best practices
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in designing and developing information retrieval
or RAG systems
Expertise in vector and/or graph databases
Proficiency in Transformers, CNNs, or GNNs architectures
Familiarity with search and recommendations in two-sided
marketplaces
Strong publication record in top-tier conferences like NeurIPS,
CVPR, ICML, ICLR, etc
