Job Description:

A company is looking for an Associate Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer to help architect and optimize GTM motions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement data-driven outreach and engagement strategies to identify, engage, and convert high-value accounts at scale
Run and optimize multi-channel GTM experiments, testing new tools and automation strategies to improve efficiency and lower customer acquisition costs
Act as the initial point of contact for prospects and qualify leads through consultative selling and the application of BANT criteria

Required Qualifications

Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or revenue operations
Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and an understanding of their strengths and weaknesses
Interest in sales, marketing, and GTM strategy at B2B SaaS or Fintech companies
Experience with CRM platforms and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Zapier)
Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus
