If you want to be part of a team where diversity is the future and employees are valued, appreciated, and included come join us as we strive for a better tomorrow---Together!We're happy you're here!ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include, but are not limited to, the following:Directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of The Arcade at Grand Bear Resort at Starved Rock Directly responsible for managing budgeted cost areasResponsible for the recruitment, hiring and training of arcade team members Teach and coach interpersonal customer service skillsSupervise arcade team to uphold arcade program standards and operationsProvide excellent customer service in regard to all aspects of Arcade program operationsResponsible for all arcade game repairs, to include parts ordering, tracking, etc. Thorough understanding and ability to make arcade game machine repairsMaintain the condition and appearance of location to the highest standardsAssign and perform daily cleaning assignmentsResponsible for all cash handling, weekly collections, and daily/weekly/monthly reconciliationsAbility to adhere to company dress code(s)Other duties as assignedWeekend and evening hours requiredRegular, reliable attendance requiredQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:Strong mechanical/electronic repair aptitude requiredAt least five (5) years of supervisory experience requiredPrevious retail or service-oriented business experience requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic electronics and mechanical repair knowledge requiredExperience performing preventative and aesthetic maintenance on machines High School graduate or equivalentAbility to stand for long periods of time, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbsSuccessfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screenBENEFITS:Health benefit insurance package (medical, dental, vision, life and disability.
