Job Description:
A company is looking for a Digital Account Manager to manage
commercial clients and support business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain relationships with insurance companies to negotiate quotes
and secure coverage
Manage an established book of accounts and negotiate renewals for
existing customers
Collaborate with Associate Account Managers to ensure timely
completion of client service tasks
Required Qualifications and Education
At least 5 years of Commercial Lines Account Management
experience
High School Degree required; 4 Year Degree preferred
Appropriate insurance agent's license required
Familiarity with Customer Account Servicing
Demonstrated success in customer service skills
