Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Business Relationship Manager
for the Members Development Company, focusing on enhancing
engagement with credit union owners and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with MDC's strategic roadmap and analyze trends within
the credit union movement
Develop strategies for customer insights and optimize engagement
with credit union owners
Support the product lifecycle from creation to adoption and manage
partner contracts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Four-year degree in finance/business; MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a business environment,
specifically with credit unions
Proven expertise in developing and analyzing financial and business
models
Strong strategic thinking abilities with a results-driven
approach
Experience in managing multiple diverse projects effectively
