Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Legal.
Key Responsibilities
Lead legal and regulatory navigation for product development
Provide innovative regulatory solutions and act as a subject matter
expert
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to launch new
financial products
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience as in-house, startup, or financial services
counsel
Law Degree from an accredited law school
Bar admission in good standing in at least one US state or
jurisdiction
Experience with credit cards and familiarity with payment
products
Working knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC/KYC regulations and related
compliance standards
