Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, HOKA Retail, North
America.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive retail strategy for North
America, identifying growth opportunities and integrating
e-commerce
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting,
to drive profitability through effective cost management
Lead and mentor a high-performing retail management team, fostering
a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a
related field
10+ years of retail leadership experience, particularly in the
performance footwear industry
Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability in a
multi-store environment
Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management
In-depth knowledge of the North American retail market and consumer
behavior
