Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager - Services to lead a team of
Solution Architects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solution Architects to ensure
professional growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer success
and drive product adoption
Measure and report on team performance, identifying opportunities
for optimization
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering,
or similar roles
2+ years of experience managing or mentoring technical teams
Deep knowledge of Databases, Replication, Cloud Warehouses, and
APIs
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a
team
Strong background in data engineering and cloud platforms
