Job Description:
A company is looking for a State Manager to drive profitable
growth across new and existing markets in the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
Own P&L for multiple states and drive business growth across
all insurance lines
Execute state and product strategies, optimizing customer
experience, retention, conversion, and pricing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated
strategies and enhance product offerings
Required Qualifications
3+ years of relevant insurance product experience
4+ years of functional experience
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as business
management, mathematics, finance, or economics
Prior insurance product management experience with knowledge of
state P&Ls and insurance regulations
Proven ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and quickly
grasp new concepts and technologies
