Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Manager, Customer
Support.
Key Responsibilities
Establish project plans that align with client objectives in
collaboration with subject matter experts
Coordinate project meetings and facilitate communications,
including user acceptance testing with support team resources
Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports on
project status, risks, and outcomes for leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with exposure to software industry implementation
practices
5+ years of project management experience managing technical
projects with multiple stakeholders
Experience with enterprise software and software development
methodologies
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing
priorities
PMP Certification is a plus
