Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Provider Network
Performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development of project applications and assess the
financial impact of contract negotiations and statewide rate
changes
Collaborate with various departments to identify analytic reporting
needs and provide training on network performance applications
Lead provider profiling and network performance analytics,
supporting health plans and stakeholders while monitoring unit cost
trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Healthcare, or a
related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in contracting, healthcare reimbursement,
provider contract modeling, or quality measurement
Previous leadership experience managing cross-functional teams on
large-scale projects
Knowledge of Health Care Delivery Systems and familiarity with SQL,
SAS/SPSS, Office Suite, and Visio preferred
