Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager II to oversee service
disruptions and improve operational stability.
Key Responsibilities
Monitors and detects service disruptions and incidents
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to manage technical and
customer impacts
Ensures data quality for KPIs related to resolved incidents and
completed root cause analyses
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in the banking or FinTech industries
Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
Technical background is a significant advantage
Experience in incident and problem management
Basic understanding of data analytics tools (SQL, Tableau) and
monitoring tools (Splunk, Wavefront)
