A company is looking for a People Experience Service Centre
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a high-performing SSC team and ensure alignment with
organizational policies
Oversee key HR operational processes, ensuring accuracy and
timeliness in service delivery
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service
efficiency and employee experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or related field
7-10 years of experience in an HR shared service environment, with
3-5 years in a managerial role
Proven track record in leading operational teams within a global
environment
Deep understanding of HR processes across the employee
lifecycle
Experience in driving process improvement and automation for
enhanced service quality
