Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, AI and Machine
Learning Model Risk.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee AI/ML/Gen AI model risk governance, validation, and
compliance
Lead independent validation of AI models, ensuring robustness and
ethical considerations
Engage with stakeholders and regulators to manage AI risk trends
and compliance
Qualifications & Experience:
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering,
Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
At least 8 years of experience in Risk Management, Audit, or
Technology within financial services
Strong understanding of machine learning and generative AI
risks
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
Experience in regulatory compliance related to AI/ML
