Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Partner with hiring managers to attract the appropriate candidate
pool
Manage the interview process and extend offers to candidates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related
field
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare
Advanced internet search experience using Boolean techniques
preferred
Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Must reside in a state where the company has operations
