Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Therapist - 1099 Contractor -
LCSWC or LCPC - Maryland Licensed.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver remote care through outcome-based, short-term treatment
programs
Monitor participant progress, provide follow-up communications, and
document session notes
Participate in care team meetings and assist participants with
accessing resources
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted clinical license in Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC, or
equivalent)
Ability to maintain a consistent schedule of 10+ hours per week
Currently eligible to enroll as a provider in the Medicare
program
