Always Better Care is pleased to announce an opportunity for a full time Physical Therapy Assistant specializing in Home Health based out of our beautiful Laughlin, NV/Bullhead City, AZ location. Our therapist will enjoy a generous hourly rate and an additional $58-$62 per patient encounter. We also pay a $10 an hour travel bonus. Our PTA would need a license in both Arizona and Nevada.

Our patients come to us with many different needs-and we can help them all! We successfully and quickly treat a variety of conditions ranging from orthopedics, stroke, post-surgical, and other debilitating causes of weakness and neurological loss. Our PTA will be responsible for the following:
* Counsel patients and their families on what to do following treatment.
* Observe the patients they are working with before, during and after therapy and report notes to the Physical Therapist.
* Assign specific exercises for the patient and help the patients do these exercises.
* Use devices, such as walkers, and other equipment to help patients regain movement and reduce pain.
* Use a variety of techniques, including stretching exercises and massage, to treat patients.
