*DIRECT HIRE Med Surg/Telemetry RN**Schedule:* 2 Day Shifts & 1 Night Shift*Status:* Full-Time - Direct Hire*NEW GRADS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED**Base Pay Scale (Starting Rates):** ASN: $29.00/hr* BSN: $31.00/hr* MSN: $33.00/hr_Additional percentage increases based on years of experience and nursing specialty._*RELOCATION BONUSES AVAILABLE!*Salaries and bonuses will be discussed directly with Kingman HR during the interview process.*About the Role:*As a Med Surg/Tele RN, you'll care for *5 to 6 inpatients* requiring hospitalization for medical and surgical issues. This role offers a mix of day and night shifts, with a collaborative team environment and supportive training.*Unit Details:** *Equipment:* Pyxis medication station, Meditech charting system, Alaris IV pumps, remote telemetry monitoring* *Nurse-to-Patient Ratio:* 56:1* *Bed Size:** 2nd Floor: 2E (20 beds), 2S (14 beds), 2C (23 beds), 2N (17 beds)* 3rd Floor: CDU (20 beds), 3N (20 beds), 3S (23 beds)*Requirements:**Experience:** Minimum of *1 year of acute care experience** EKG competency required*Licensure/Certifications:** *BLS* and *ACLS* certifications required* Active RN license (AZ or compact state)*Schedule:** Must be willing to work *every other weekend* or *one weekend shift per week** Weekend shifts include *Saturday and Sunday** Will work with *another nurse and LNA/Unit Clerk**Floating:** Required to float across all *Med Surg/Tele units* on the 2nd and 3rd floors* Occasional float to *PCU* may be required*Dress Code:* Navy Blue*Orientation & Onboarding:** *2 to 3 shifts* of on-unit orientation* *8-hour hospital orientation* (held on Mondays)Interested or have questions?
