A company is looking for a Payroll Expert in Lithuania.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll in the designated
region and other trained countries
Manage local payroll and HR processes, including onboarding and
offboarding of employees
Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, ensuring compliance with
local tax authorities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from
an accredited institution
Strong working knowledge of local payroll regulations and
policies
Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong proficiency in English
