Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Litigation to manage
active litigation matters across various legal areas.
Key Responsibilities
Manage pre-litigation disputes and active litigation matters,
including contract and business-to-business issues
Conduct fact investigations and prepare discovery-related responses
for litigation and regulatory engagements
Collaborate with business units and outside counsel to navigate
litigation matters and report updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in a law firm, in-house, or government
attorney role
Experience in complex commercial litigation, including class
actions, regulatory investigations, and intellectual property
Proven ability to provide actionable legal advice that balances
risk and business impact
Strong project ownership skills, with the ability to manage matters
independently from start to finish
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and bar admission
in good standing
