Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities

--- Handle a wide range of personal injury cases from intake through resolution
--- Take and defend depositions (witnesses, experts, etc.)
--- Draft and argue motions, prepare discovery responses, and conduct legal research
--- Lead and manage litigation and pre-litigation case strategy
--- Supervise litigation paralegals and work collaboratively with other departments
--- Represent clients in arbitration hearings, short trials, and-if you're ready-jury trials
--- Advise the pre-litigation team to ensure cases are trial-ready, even if they settle

Qualifications:
What We're Looking For

--- Strong knowledge of Personal Injury law and litigation
--- Experience with depositions, arbitration, and writing motions
--- Previous courtroom experience as lead counsel is a plus (short or jury trial)
--- Must thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative legal environment
--- Bonus if you've worked on Workers' Comp cases, though not required
--- Excellent communication, organization, and case management skills
