Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal guidance on M&A transactions, including drafting
and negotiating NDAs and conducting due diligence
Support financing matters, including capital markets transactions
and SEC filings
Assist with corporate governance and maintain subsidiary corporate
secretarial matters
Required Qualifications
JD from a top-tier accredited law school and admitted to practice
in a state
3-5 years of experience in a large national law firm in relevant
practice areas
Experience with public company representation preferred
In-house experience preferred but not required
Experience working with industrial and manufacturing companies is a
plus
