Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategy Lead, UX.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy process on 1-2 client projects and contribute to
the broader strategic direction
Advocate for user-centered design and balance user needs with
client goals throughout projects
Conduct research, facilitate workshops, and present insights and
recommendations to clients and teams
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in user experience, information
architecture, and digital narrative development
Experience designing documentation for digital experiences, such as
wireframes and user flows
Proven ability to think strategically across various projects and
industries
Experience leading workshops with mid-senior level clients using
Design Thinking frameworks
Experience mentoring less senior strategists in the craft
