Job Description:
A company is looking for a Partner Success Coordinator to engage
and support referral partners in driving referral growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct strategic outreach to engage and activate referrers
throughout their lifecycle
Lead virtual presentations and training webinars for partners to
enhance communication
Process new patient referrals and collect partner feedback to
improve the referral experience
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in client success, business development,
sales, marketing, or operations
Demonstrated success in executing campaigns to achieve business
goals
Experience leading trainings or presentations in a virtual
environment
Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau or similar
software
High level of organizational and time management skills
