Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist to
support team members through various HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the new hire process and coordinate onboarding across
departments
Process payroll and maintain accurate HRIS records, including team
member changes
Assist with employee relations, offboarding, and support employee
engagement projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or
equivalent work experience
At least two years of experience in People Operations or Human
Resources
Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a
plus
Prior experience processing payroll is preferred but not
required
Highly organized with a strong drive to enhance the team member
experience
