Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insurance Specialist-Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Verify coverage and benefit limitations, ensuring all appointments
and procedures are authorized
Contact insurance companies to determine eligibility and benefits
for requested services
Document referrals and authorization numbers in the EPIC system and
assist with denial management issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
State criminal background check and Federal (if applicable), as
required for regulated areas
Previous insurance authorization experience preferred
