Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sure Start Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Guide new franchisees through onboarding and training on software,
brand standards, and customer service processes
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on operational systems,
providing support and training to franchisees
Ensure accurate documentation for business startups and assist in
data management and training event execution
Required Qualifications
A minimum of three years of relevant business, industry, or system
experience
Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor's
degree preferred
Basic understanding of project management fundamentals
Self-driven and able to work autonomously
Collaborative mindset when working with internal and external
customers
