A company is looking for a Care Access Specialist in the Patient
Access Center.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and meet call quality
standards
Verify and ensure accuracy of patient information and schedule
appointments
Manage incoming and outgoing referrals and assist with
administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Three (3) years of customer service and/or clerical experience
required
