Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Coordinator,
Construction.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and management of projects from start to
finish, ensuring timely completion of deliverables
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and
execution of project activities
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules,
budgets, and progress reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering,
Construction Management, or related field
2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
within the real estate industry
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS
Project or similar applications
Solid understanding of project management principles and
methodologies
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a multinational
environment is preferred
