Job Description:
A company is looking for a Delegation Management Specialist II
to manage and monitor the performance of delegated entities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and document delegation assessments to ensure compliance
with applicable requirements
Oversee relationships with delegated entities, ensuring compliance
with laws and contractual agreements
Conduct audits and assessments of delegated entities' operations
and develop corrective action plans for identified issues
Required Qualifications
5+ years of administrative experience in compliance or auditing
Associate's Degree in a relevant field or 3 years of related
experience in lieu of a degree
Knowledge of DMHC, NCQA, CMS, and other regulatory bodies
preferred
Strong technical proficiency in data analysis and database software
preferred
Experience in delegation management or compliance management
preferred
