Job Description:
A company is looking for an Escrow Officer for the DMV Region
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage escrow transactions from opening to closing, ensuring
accuracy and compliance with regulations
Review and analyze title reports, surveys, and legal documents to
identify and resolve any issues affecting transactions
Prepare closing documents and conduct closings in accordance with
state regulations and company policies
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent; additional education or
certification in real estate is a plus
3+ years of direct experience in escrow, title services, and real
estate transactions
Active Escrow Officer license may be required
Notary certification preferred
Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures specific
to the market
