Key Responsibilities
Assign and manage a high volume of beauty-related articles tailored
for the 40+ demographic
Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and designed to
attract traffic from key referrers
Collaborate with the Lifestyle Director to develop and implement
content calendars aligned with growth goals
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in creating and assigning beauty-related content
for online publications focused on mature women
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices for
driving organic traffic
Expertise in crafting engaging and click-worthy headlines
Deep knowledge and passion for the beauty industry, especially
trends relevant to the 40+ demographic
Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field
(preferred)
