Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Meal Order
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Process all room service related calls and enter patient meal
selections for multiple facilities
Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints while
utilizing culinary systems for dietary needs
Make outbound calls to patients regarding missed meals and ensure
compliance with dietary guidelines
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
1-2 years of experience in nutrition services or related fields
Basic computer skills and familiarity with computer keyboards
Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions following
established procedures
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
