Job Description:
A company is looking for a User Experience Designer to support
the design team on deliverables in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product teams to understand user behavior and
design high-fidelity prototypes for new products or features
Participate in user research and usability testing to gather
feedback and iterate on designs
Assist in the creation and maintenance of design systems and style
guides for consistency across platforms
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a
related field
Some experience or internships in UX design, with a portfolio
showcasing relevant projects
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma,
or Adobe XD
Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and best
practices
3-5 years of experience designing software with a human-centered
approach
