Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel,
Transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead capital markets legal transaction work and build a legal
support team
Draft, negotiate, and structure third-party commercial
agreements
Provide legal support on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic
partnerships
Required Qualifications
10+ years of commercial and/or M&A legal experience, including
5+ years with ISDA master agreements
Strong background in public and private company mergers and
acquisitions
Preferred 5+ years of experience with U.S. Tier 1 law firms
JD from a T-14 law school and active member of at least one state
bar
Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, Google Workspace, and
ChatGPT
